- This will also be the Sri Lankan Sports Day
- Pot luck lunch
- B-B-Q supper provided by the association

New years Welcome event: August 12th 2007

- Location : Winnipeg beach
- All day event
- Join in for a bus (hired) ride or use your own transportation.
- Cricket, soccer, volleyball
- Bring your own breakfast for a pot luck
- Evening BBQ

Sri Lanka Christmas Party: 8th December

- Location : Waverley Community Hall (to be conformed later)
- 6 pm onwards
- Catered dinner
